A good word to remember. The Urban Dictionary paraphrases it thus: “A completely useless person that spouts constant BS.” It must have been invented for our national adult toddler.
Ha! I like the Urban dictionary definition as well. Because although, as the first definition says, it is often a male, we all know women like this, too.
