But now I'm on my own again and you'd think someone was torturing me to get down on the floor and do those exercises - but they, unfortunately, only work if you do them. I must say I've tried physiotherapy twice for different conditions and it was totally useless. Whether that was my fault (not doing the exercises properly) or the physio's I don't know.
