Okay, I'm going to do it. I'm going to change my ridiculously long and overly honest blog name. I just need your help. I'm considering two possible titles:
It's so good to read that quote from Zora Neale Hurston today because it's been a long time since I've read it. The quote from Frida Kahlo is new to me. Both would be good as new names for your blog. One helps me to trust that answers will come and the other reminds me that I have wings to fly. Grateful for wings to fly and feet for walking on this earth (-:
I don't know those quotes so I can't pick. Since I don't have a blog, I don't know how a blogger decides on a name. You will decide what fits you best. I will still keep reading no matter the name! :)
I like Years That Answer. We have so many questions and so little experience when we're young and finally, when we've muddled through as best we could, the answers start to reveal themselves. Of course it's too late then to change anything but at least we learn, or continue to learn, acceptance.
'Wings to Fly' feels like looking to the future while "Years that Answer" feels more retrospective. To me anyway. I like them both but it's a very personal perspective.
I like "Years That Answer." There's so much we don't know when we're younger.....we have to live a little, or,in my case, a lot, before the answers reveal themselves. But wings are good too. I'm sure you'll pick the one that's best for you!
Oh wow, that is a difficult choice. They're both so good. I'm afraid I won't be much help here, but I'm looking forward to what you choose.
ReplyDeleteHmmmm...interesting! I think they both work, but the Hurston one is sightly more unusual and in my mind that gives it the edge.

ReplyDeleteWings to Fly resonates with me, but then, it would. Both are good!

ReplyDeleteYears that Answer. Your wings may not always fly. They might not fly at all. Years will always answer.
